We 'became' Mrs F and Joseph (from our book 'When the Sky Falls' by Phil Earle) and practised speaking how each of them might speak. Mrs F was strict and bossy while Joseph was rude and stubborn. We acted out key parts from the story and tried to choose our words carefully. We'll use these ideas in our writing.
