It is really important that children are reading little and often at home. The children are expected to read to an adult at home for at least 10 minutes daily, this is using their banded books. Please remember to sign/date in the yellow reading record.

Each week, tasks are set on EdShed for Maths that link to the learning that week. These are great games to revise and consolidate learning.

At the start of each half-term, the children will come home with their spellings. They will have a set for each week including dictation sentences for you to read out loud whilst they write.

All of these things will help to support the children's learning at school.
